APC Slams Indefinite Suspension On Kwara Chairman, Bolarinwa

The executive of All Progressives Congress (APC) has slammed an indefinite suspension on its Kwara State chapter Chairman, Bashir Bolarinwa.

Bolarinwa’s suspension was contained in a letter by the leadership of the party on Thursday.


According to the statement, Bolarinwa was accused of anti party activities.

He was alleged for breaching the party’s constitution which the party said brought the party into crises in the state.


Highlighting other offences, the suspended chairman was alleged for deliberately sabotaging of Governorship flag off campaign and directed all Excos members not to participate in guber campaign of the Party’s flagbearer, Mallam Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq, insurbornation to the leadership of the party at public function, sponsorship of radio Programmes to undermine the party, deliberate refusal to convene state executive committee meeting as stated in the Party’s constitution, organising functional Exco meeting without party majority members.

Bolarinwa was also alleged for refusing to convocate state working committee as eshrined in the party’s constitution.
